What is your return policy?
We hope you love your RYDO products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
